I am a full time wheelchair user and two years ago had a Disabled Facility “Independent Living Accomodation” built through Flintshire County Council. I had a Large room built 5 x 4 metres to be a Kitchen. It was up to me to get in a contractor to design and fit the “Wheelchair Friendly” Kitchen units. I had previously tried other companies and was flatly told that kitchen units and worktop heights were “Standard”, but I’m not “Standard” Simon came to see me and right from the start he was in my good books - CPS Kitchens was the only company who turned up on time and this punctuality continued all the way through the installation. To be able to wheel myself straight under the sink without my knees being rammed into cupboards….then to whiz across the smooth bonded vinyl floor and straight under to my computer or dressing area. Lights and cooling fan by remote control. Simon has fitted me out with a wonderfull facility here which has been seen by Nurses, Doctors, Occupational therapists and MS Folk who have all commented and asked Who did this for you?
